VITAMIN B-KOMPLEX-ratiopharm powders contain all 8 B vitamins: Thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), biotin, folic acid, niacin and panthotenic acid. The preparation can be taken in case of vitamin B deficiency if it cannot be corrected by a varied and balanced diet. Vitamin B deficiency may occur during stress, dieting or loss of appetite. Likewise, the deficiency can occur during pregnancy, during breastfeeding or during intensive endurance or strength sports due to an increased vitamin B requirement. A deficiency can be recognized by symptoms such as fatigue or lack of energy despite sufficient sleep.
