TANTUM VERDE solution

Tantum verde solution can be used for pain and irritation in the mouth and throat, such as sore throat caused by a cold, scratching or burning in the throat, difficulty swallowing, inflammation of the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat, gingivitis and periodontitis. The active ingredient benzydamine has anti-inflammatory and local anesthetic properties and thus relieves pain.
The gargle solution has a local effect, is cortisone and antibiotic-free and is approved for use from the age of 12.

Application:

The gargle solution can be used 2-3 times a day after meals. To do this, gargle with 15 ml of undiluted solution for 20 to 30 seconds. After that, the gargle solution is spit out and not swallowed.

How to use?
Rinse the oral cavity with the medicine for 20 to 30 seconds.
Or: Gargle with the medicine.
Then spit out the medicine and avoid swallowing.

Duration of use?
The symptoms usually improve within 2-4 days. If the symptoms persist or recur regularly, you should consult your doctor.

Overdose?
An overdose can lead to nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, irritation of the esophagus, dizziness, hallucinations, restlessness, anxiety and irritability. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.

- Caution in case of allergy to the sweetener saccharin (E number E 954)!
- Caution in case of allergy to dyes (e.g. quinoline yellow with the E number E 104)!
- The medicine contains small amounts of alcohol and should therefore be avoided by alcoholics.
- Parabens (preservatives e.g. E 214 - E 219) can cause hypersensitivity reactions, even with a time delay.
- There may be drugs with which interactions occur.
