100 FERRO SANOL gyn hard capsules with enteric coated pellets

FERRO SANOL gyn hard capsules contain 80 mg Fe2+ (bivalent iron) and 1 mg folic acid. They can be taken for iron deficiency in combination with a folic acid deficiency, especially during pregnancy or breastfeeding or in cases of malnutrition or deficiency. Iron and folic acid are particularly important during pregnancy for blood formation, oxygen transport, cell formation and cell renewal, so that the baby can develop well. During pregnancy, the need for iron and folic acid is increased, so that this often cannot be compensated for by a healthy and balanced diet alone.

The FERRO SANOL gyn hard capsules are well tolerated by the gastrointestinal tract due to the processing (galenics) and in addition the folic acid as well as the contained Fe2+ are well absorbed by the body.

Dosage of FERRO SANOL gyn hard capsules:

FERRO SANOL gyn hard capsules can be taken from the age of 6 years (20 kg body weight). The capsules are best taken half an hour before or 2 hours after eating. In case of swallowing difficulties, vegan diet or for religious reasons, the capsule can alternatively be opened so that only the pellets and the mini tablet can be taken. The duration of intake depends on the severity of the deficiency and should be discussed with the doctor treating the patient. Replenishing iron stores can take 3 to 6 months, depending on individual conditions.

Children from 6 years of age (20 kg body weight) and adults: 1 capsule 1 time daily.
In severe forms: Adolescents from 15 years (body weight of 50 kg) and adults: initially 2 to 3 times daily 1 capsule.

Before starting therapy with FERRO SANOL gyn, the deficiency should be clarified with the attending physician.
