How to use?
Take the medicine with liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water).
Duration of use?
The duration of use is not limited. Treatment should be carried out over at least 3 monthly cycles.
Overdose?
No overdose symptoms are known. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
Have you forgotten to take it?
Continue as normal (i.e. not with twice the prescribed amount) at the next prescribed time.

How do the ingredients of the medicine work?
The ingredients come from the plant monk's pepper and act as a natural mixture. About the plant itself:
- Appearance: up to 6 m tall tree or shrub with hairy leaflets on the underside, the small fragrant purple flowers form spike-like inflorescences, the fruits are small, reddish-black
- Occurrence: Southern Europe, Asia
- Main constituents: essential oil (limonene, pinene), iridoid glycosides (aucubin, agnoside), flavonoids
- Plant parts and preparations used: mainly extracts of the fruit
Extracts of monk's pepper suppress the release of prolactin. The concentration of this substance is often elevated before menstruation and is one of the causes of premenstrual symptoms. In addition, monk's pepper appears to restore the balance between oestrogen and progesterone.

Contraindications AGNUS CASTUS AL Filmtablets
What speaks against use?
- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Breast tumors
- Tumors of the pituitary gland (pituitary tumors)
Which age group should be considered?
- Children and adolescents under the age of 18: No dosage information is available for this age group.
What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: The medicinal product must not be used.
- Breastfeeding: The medicinal product must not be used.
